How do I specify a name for the tax receipt?
When at payment, you will need to provide either billing information or shipping information. The first name and last name entered at either of these will be used on your tax receipt. If you enter a company name, then that will be used instead.
Where can I find my tax receipt?
After you complete the checkout experience, you should automatically receive an e-mail with the subject line "Guitars for Vets Australia Donation Receipt." Your tax receipt will be attached to this e-mail as a PDF document.
I can't find my tax receipt e-mail. What do I do now?
If you have checked your spam and trash e-mail folders and cannot find the tax receipt e-mail, then please contact us at admin@g4va.org.au.
